Art. 12 - JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

12.1. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated "online" through the website www.wine-commerce.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, although not foreseen, to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

12.2. Without prejudice to the right referred to in art. 13, for any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court in whose area the Buyer has his domicile will be competent, in accordance with current legislation.

Art. 13 - ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMERS

13.1. European Regulation 524/2013, which established an online platform aimed at an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, rapid and fair out-of-court resolution of online disputes between European consumers and professionals, makes it possible, before the experiment of any other judicial remedy , the use of this alternative dispute resolution body. The platform is available at the following link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
